Our VST3 / AU plugins are all available for download in DEMO mode. Demo mode allows you to make sure the plugin is what you were looking for, make sure it works as expected with your DAW and that you are happy to purchase a licence.

If after you purchase a licence you experience an issue with your plugin, we may be able to help solve the problem with a software update. Failing this, and you are still having issues with the plugin, you can get a refund in full up to 14 days after purchasing a licence. Once a refund has been processed, your licence for the plugin will become invalid.

In addition to the above, we do not offer refunds if

• You no longer need the plugin you have purchased
• You found another product you like better or you have changed your mind
• You cannot use the product due to hardware limitations
• You cannot use the product due to software limitations
• You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge
• We do not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software

Our preset packs have demos available with many of the presets used to create short music clips. The demo sounds will state clearly if ALL the sounds in the music are from the preset pack or if samples are also used. For example, some synths may not be able to recreate drum samples, and therefore sampled drums would be used in the demo music and stated clearly on the demo song link.

We do not offer refunds on preset packs as we have no control over the downloaded content after a purchase is made.
